Calcium silicate board is an asbestos-free thermal insulation product that can withstand continuous operating temperature from 650C up to1100C. It is light weight, low thermal conductivity, high strength, easy to install, reliable and durable. There are 3 grades available namely 650 &1000 & 1100 which are commonly used as furnace backup insulation in steel, petrochemical, ceramic, cement & glass industry or fire protection in building construction. It not only provides energy saving, also increases production efficiency and gives personnel protection in industrial safety aspect. And in the housing construction Calcium Silicate Board is also used as the ceiling, fireproof and heat insulation materials of wall and sound absorption materials of decoration.

Super Calcium Silicate fireproof board is a kind of inorganic and non-combustible A grade composed of Xonotlite material, with stable physical and chemical properties. It does not deform in normal temperature or moist air and the temp. limited is up to 1100℃. It's almost a kind of permanent material, with the characteristics of lightweight, good dimensional stability, high strength. SCS board is not only a fireproof board but also a decorating material. It can revise the deform of the steel beam and column, and can make the beam and column very streight and square. The effect of decoration can make very beautiful. The SCS board can be sprayed plastic, painted, and also can stick ceramic tile directly on it, can reach the different requirement of decoration in any place. Our product can be cut, sawed, dug and nailed easily, then assembled at worksite without environment pollution. All this can be done together with other procedures such as piping erection, exhaust system, electric wire installation and so on,in any season. It's very simple and high efficient. Free from asbestos, SCS board is a green building material, haven't any irritant smoke when burning and high temperature.
